Vansiton Lecithin

Lecithin is a complex of phospholipids and unsaturated fatty acids. This is the main building material of cell membranes. It is a fundamental chemical agent in the formation of the intercellular space, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the proper working activity of brain cells, and is one of the main matters of the liver.
Lecithin is necessary for the body as a building material for the renewal of damaged cells. Lecithin consists of 50% of the liver, 1/3 of the brain’s insulating and protective tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) helps to convert the choline, which is part of lecithin, into acetylcholine, which is one of the most important neuro mediators. As a result, transmission of nerve impulses in the cerebral cortex is improved and accelerated, and thereby mental and creative activity are faster, working capacity is increased and memory is enhanced.
